We departed from the standard approach to organizational resilience and set out to build something that actually delivers sustainability, longevity, and agility for an organization as well as its people.

Coupling more than a decade of experience in law, risk management, emergency management, and enterprise resilience, with a master certification in coaching, and years of research around personal resilience, positive psychology, and neuroscience, our founder Katie Belfi, Esq., CEM, MCC, has developed a proprietary approach for changing that reality.
